My friends, Tom and Diana
recently paid a visit to Bluffton/Hilton Head, South Carolina—where I primarily reside, although I do spend a considerable amount of time in New Jersey. It was fun to show them some of my favorite locations in the low-country, particularly the enchanting nature preserve known as Pinckney Island. For more than 15 years I have been coming here, which, upon reflection, seems quite surreal. I hold this place in high regard, considering it a very special spot. Despite its growing popularity among tourists, resulting in a potential loss of its original allure, Pinckney Island remains close to my heart, with ample space for its charm to endure. The landscape boasts beautiful trees, abundant wildlife, and a serene ambiance.
We had a great time exploring the reserve, strolling amidst the armadillos, spotting a baby alligator, and immersing ourselves in the beauty of the marshlands. Engaging in conversations about life, photography, business, and various topics is always a source of joy and inspiration for me when spending time with friends.
Returning to the sun was a refreshing change after enduring the winter months in New Jersey. While I can appreciate the picturesque quality of snow, I can't say I'm a complete fan. Personally, I find solace in the warmth, and unlike snow, it doesn't necessitate the arduous task of shoveling.
I hold a deep appreciation for Tom and Diana as friends, recognizing the valuable learning opportunities they bring into my life. There are aspects of relationship-building, business, and the nuances of printing and selling my work that I acknowledge need improvement. I aspire to delve further into these areas. While Tom has provided some guidance, I am still exploring the optimal avenues for expanding my creative pursuits.
If there is interest in acquiring my work, I would be glad to explore those possibilities. Any insights or expressions of interest from potential patrons would be greatly welcomed and appreciated.
Thanks for your thoughtful consideration and for taking the time to explore my work.

Pinckney was so beautiful! When we were back in NJ driving through the Meadowlands it made me imagine what the Meadowlands could have been like had they been cared for, had development been discouraged in favor of conservation. Love that seascape with the tide pool - the light is just perfection.
I loved exploring Pinckney Island and only wish I could have seen more of it. It feels like I barely scratched the surface. There must be some magical spots hiding out there in the corners that we didn't reach. Thanks for introducing us to the area, and I'm always happy to hang out and brainstorm ideas!
